Now to meet at 2pm sharp in front of our place to go to the Kreol Institute. We go back to the roadside fruit seller and get pink star fruit, a big melon, avocado, and a hand of small bananas.
Rush back home to shower, but no time for lunch, so just grab the bananas – all that bread and cheese at 10:30 will keep us going!
Busses arrive at 2:40!
We visit Penda Choppy at Kreol Institute St-Joseph House, Aux Cap, Mahe, and travel via the centre of town and into a bit of a traffic jam at the main roundabout! We explore the beautiful old building, drink lovely homemade lemonade, and read the Kreol information, and have a rehearsal to practice our Kreol singing.

Return to Virafʼs apartments, and head down the hill again for a swim, and then bare feet and wet bathers in the Boat House restaurant for their Traditional Kreol Buffet! Beautiful food. No rule of “no shoes no entry” here! Peter arrives to a large hurrah!
