Sleep in – local bananas, yoghurt and cornflakes for breakfast. 

Usual wait for buses – Gaetan gives me a chocolate croissant to try while we wait – yummy!Decide not to head out for the early morning swim and instead relax, read a book, get ready for meeting at 9am. 

Annie talks to the driver, Channel, who tells us he is also a musician, and after asking where she can buy a CD of his music, he gives Annie a copy of his CD!  We ask our driver to put it on in the car, and we head over the island’s windy roads to the tea plantation – the music is good!

 We look around, and have a tour of the tea factory before trying their excellent vanilla tea – get lots of tea (vanilla, cinnamon and black) to take back home.
